But I tried enabling the module with modprobe and I still have the same issue, so I'm thinking maybe the anki problem and the hostname problem are dns issues. I thought it might have something to do with ipv6, since I prevent it from autoloading. Hey guys, I tried to download anki on my laptop, but the download always fail halfway through. When I do establish a vpn tunnel, I am able to ssh through the hostname. The same thing occurs whenever I specify the hostname of the campus gateway to vpn.
